The position will be responsible for the management of our Equipment Database for Accurate Current Inventory and Sale Inventory.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain and be responsible for the accuracy of Evolve’s Equipment Database (Flex Rental Systems and Flex Distribution),
which includes accuracy of serial numbers and barcode numbers.
• Transfer of assets between Evolve Distribution and Evolve Rentals.
• Responsible for Receiving all Purchase Orders for either Evolve Distribution or Evolve Media Group.
• Responsible for Prepping new gear for Barcodes, placards on cases, etc.
• Assist Asset Manager in the processing and tracking of Sales Quotes.
• Build good relationships with our vendors.
• Notify Accounting if purchases will be rental or sales inventory.
• Work with operations team on arranging outbound shipments of sold assets.
• Use any applicable software’s/programs to view daily job needs and perform required processes.
• Assist in day to day operations as needed during peak season business.
• Participate in weekly operations meetings to discuss upcoming business.
• Assist with pulling and returning rental orders as needed.
• The position will require participation in the On-Call Schedule.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Work week schedule is Monday through Friday and on-call as needed.


Limited Travel may be required on an asneeded basis.
