Juan’s relationships with his clients aren’t like anybody else’s. Sometimes Juan seems to know his clients’ needs better than they do, and that’s exactly what makes him such a great account manager. Juan’s skills range is obvious from the first time you engage in a conversation with him, but what really stands out is his dedication. Customer satisfaction is his most important responsibility and he’s a reliable source and guide for all of their equipment needs.
Prior to joining Evolve, Juan sharped his customer service skills at Autonation and United Airlines as an aviation interior mechanic. A few years later, Juan found himself in the audio-visual industry, where he discovered a love for both the technical and customer service side of the business. When Juan isn’t managing projects at Evolve, he’s spending time with his wife and son, or taking his 1992 Camaro out for a spin.
